If you make such mistakes, you may ruin your health or you may even gain weight.   1. Not eating enough vegetables. Remember how keto diet is not just about proteins, but about fiber too! Many people who start a keto diet tend to eat a lot of meat, cheese, and eggs, combined with nutty fruit, yet, they forget to eat as many vegetables too. If you don’t eat enough vegetables while being on a keto diet, you may experience constipation, digestion problems and lack of vitamins. You know how you cannot stay healthy without vitamins, right?
  2. Eating too much fat. Nuts are amazing and they are good for your health, yet, the truth is how those have more than 600 calories per 100 grams. Yes, you have read that right. So, you cannot expect to lose weight if you eat more than 100 grams of nuts daily. Of course, nuts are just an example, this refers to oil of any kind.
  3. Not thinking about the portions. Many people claim how they have even gained weight once they have started with a keto diet. How is that possible? It is possible because they have forgotten how their portions should look like. Remember what I have told you in the previous fact. No one can expect to eat 5 eggs for breakfast and the same amount for dinner and to get lean, right?
